Shipping & Returns

ELU PARFUMS currently ships to the continental United States. We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). Please note, we are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses or military states.

If you are interested in ELU PARFUMS products but located outside of the continental United States please contact us at eluparfums.com.

We ship orders within 3 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays, lost packages or stolen merchandise. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email info@eluparfums.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.


Perfumes are not eligible for return. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 10-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to eluparfums.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue. You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from us.
